I work with a small number of clients at a time. That’s a deliberate choice.

Most agencies move volume. I move carefully. Every brief I take gets my full attention, from the first conversation to the moment the transfer is done.

My work begins with understanding what you’re actually trying to achieve: lifestyle, yield, diversification, residency, or exit. The property follows that logic. Not the other way round.


What this looks like in practice

Research before recommendations. I study the asset before presenting it, ROI projection, payment-plan structuring, residency implications, resale viability.

One point of contact throughout. No handoffs, no junior agents, no follow-up sequences.

Honest counsel. If the deal doesn’t make sense for you, I’ll say so.
